By Car
- Casa Mauna is situated in beautiful Salchi, just 40 minutes from Bahías de Huatulco, 25 minutes from the Huatulco airport, 1 hour from Mazunte, and 1.5 hours from Puerto Escondido. We recommend using Google Maps for directions. Start navigation from Pochutla or Huatulco, as starting near the hotel can be challenging due to limited signal. With the new highway, you can reach us from Oaxaca City in about 3.5 hours.
By plane
- The nearest airport is Bahías de Huatulco, just 25 minutes from Casa Mauna. The easiest way to reach us from the airport is by taxi. We can arrange airport pickup for you; simply contact us via WhatsApp to confirm the details.
By Bus
- If you’re arriving from Puerto Escondido or Oaxaca City, the nearest bus terminal is in San Pedro Pochutla. We recommend taking the “ADO” bus line. If you’re coming from Salina Cruz or Chiapas, the closest terminal is in Santa Cruz Huatulco. In both cases, a taxi is needed to reach the hotel. Use Google Maps for the exact location of Casa Mauna.
