Beaches
- Here you will find all the information you need to enjoy each and every one of the nearby beaches. Every beach is registred on Google Maps. It's recommended to use the app to arrive to each one of them.
Cuatunalco
Playa Cuatunalco is a very large beach ideal for long walks. At the far end after a walk of 3 kilometres you'll find the lighthouse of Boca Vieja which features a magnificient view of the sorrounding. There are places where the tide is very calm and good for swimming. Depending on the season you can find restaurants. Located 20 - 25 minutes walking from the hotel.
CAUTION: Don't swim in the lagoon. There are crocodiles!
SALCHI
Located just 2 minutes walk from our hotel, it is an ideal beach for walks, picnics and to view the sunset. The tide is usually strong although seasonally you can find a calm sea.
Arroyo
A beautiful hidden beach of beautiful rock formations that form small pools. The waves are usually soft although the tide can be high or low depending on the schedule. It is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Its most famous beach: Zicatela, has been named "The Surf Palace" since it is one of the best beaches in the world to practice this sport. It is the venue for international events and competitions. You can also visit other beautiful beaches and lagoons including a bioluminescent one in the area and take surfing or diving lessons.
